Kimberly Rosa, M.A., BCBA

Kim began her career working with individuals with autism in 2002, having been personally affected by a family member with autism. A native of Long Island, New York, she received her Bachelor’s degree (2003) and Master’s degree (2004) in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and her post-graduate certificate in Behavioral Interventions in Autism from The University of Massachusetts in 2007. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008. Kim has worked at some of the most highly regarded autism programs in New York City and Long Island including The Nassau-Suffolk Services for Autism (Martin C. Barell School) and The McCarton School. Since relocating to Colorado in 2010, she has worked as a Behavioral Consultant for various ABA agencies and has assisted new agencies with developing their behavioral intervention programs. She has diverse experience working with the autistic population ranging in ages from 2 years to adult and at all levels of functioning. Kim is aware of how autism affects families and is committed to creating a practice where families feel well supported and clients are always excited to see her.
Jason Rosa, BS

Jason is a dually Certified Special Education and Elementary Education Teacher with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Jason started his behavioral training in 2005 at the Nassau-Suffolk Services for Autism (Martin C. Barell School) on Long Island. He has worked with children and adults with autism for over 10 years in home and center-based ABA programs and in both public & private educational settings. Jason is a Registered Behavior Technician and has pursued coursework toward his Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst Certification (BCaBA).
Rachael Swinger, BA
Registered Behavior Technician
Rachael graduated from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2009 and was admitted to the Master’s Degree program in Counseling & Human Services at UCCS where she began her coursework. Rachael began providing ABA therapy to children with autism in 2009 working in both the clinic and home settings. She also had experience working as a Paraprofessional for special needs students within the Colorado Springs public schools.
Brittani Guerrero, BS
Registered Behavior Technician
Brittani graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2015 with a bachelor’s of science degree in biochemistry. She has been providing ABA therapy to children with autism since 2015. Brittani is pursuing her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and is receiving her supervised fieldwork experience towards her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification at Horizon’s Behavioral Consultants.
Catherine Christmas, M.ED, BCBA
Consulting Behavior Analyst
Cathie received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Nevada at Reno in 2012 and her Master’s degree in Education in 2014. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Cathie has provided intensive ABA services to children and adults in Nevada and Colorado. She currently serves as Clinical Director of a large ABA center where she supervises 3 behavior analysts, 30 interventionists, and serves over 70 clients. Cathie has a special interest in food selectivity and feeding disorders.
